I want to visit the conference. How do I register for it?
Before Show Days - For Public Sector participants, you may register online at https://www.govware.sg/registration.html. For Private Sector participants, you may register online at https://www.govware.sg/registration.html. Your registration will be processed and if successful, you will receive a confirmation email within 14 working days. Simply bring a printed copy of your confirmation email to the Governmentware 2009 Visitor Registration area at Suntec level 3 during show days to collect your Conference badge.
During Show Days (30 September to 2 October 2009) - You can register at the Governmentware 2009 Visitor Registration area at Suntec level 3. Fill out the registration form completely and present it to the Visitor Registration counter together with your conference fee payment, to obtain your Conference badge.
I want to visit the exhibition. How do I register for it?
If you have already registered for the conference, you will also be entitled to visit the exhibition.
On 1 and 2 October 2009 - If you are a trade visitor, you can obtain a visitor ticket at the Governmentware 2009 Visitor Registration area at Suntec level 3. Fill out the ticket completely and present it to the Visitor Registration counter together with your business/name card, to obtain your free visitor badge.
Is there any entrance fee payable to visit the exhibition?
The exhibition area is restricted to the conference participants on the first day of the event (30 September 2009). However, the exhibition will be open to all trade visitors on 1 and 2 October 2009 and there will be no admission fee required. I registered online for the Governmentware 2009 conference and did not get a reply after 14 working days. How can I check on the status of my online pre-registration?
Email to register@govware.sg, with the subject: Status of Online Pre-Registration, highlighting the name and company used to register online so that we can check on the status of your online pre-registration for the conference. We will send a reply to you within 3 working days. Alternatively, you can contact us @ +65 3125 2021.
I would like to be kept updated on Governmentware 2009. How do I subscribe to your mailing list to receive event updates for free?
You can submit your email address through the mailing list feature at our website to receive the latest updates on Governmentware 2009.
How do I unsubscribe from the mailing list?
Email to enquiries@govware.sg with the subject: Remove me from Governmentware 09 mailing list, and include your full name (i.e. first name and surname) and email address in your email.

How can participants access the presentation slides after the conference?
After the conference is over, participants will be informed of the password to access the presentation slides for the tracks opened to all participants at the “Download” page at the Governmentware website. Posting of presentation slides at the website is subject to the approval of the respective speakers concerned.
