Venue & Parking

How do I get to Marina Bay Sands (MBS)?

Where can I park my vehicle?

There are 3 carpark entry points at Marina Bay Sands. For the closest access to the Convention Centre, use the South Entrance on Bayfront Link. With limited parking space within the vicinity, visitors are strongly encouraged to commute via public transport.

Is there complimentary parking?

An SGD 8.56 concession parking ticket (valid for single exit only) can be purchased on show days with your event pass at the Sands Expo and Convention Center Event Services Concierge located at the Foyer of the Exhibition Hall. The opening hours are: 8.00am – 6.00pm. Scan the coupon at the carpark exit to reduce your parking fees to only SGD 8.56. Remember to remove your cashcard before approaching the exit gantry!

Event Marketing

How do I promote my participation in the event?

You can refer to our Marketing Toolkit. It will include assets such as: official GovWare banners which you may use in newsletters, emails etc., social media templates that you may post, and sample captions that you may use on social media with all the hashtags.

Will the media be invited? Can I have the media list and contact?

Media representatives relevant to the event will be invited, including tech correspondents from major domestic and international outlets, as well as tech-centric publications. However, we cannot guarantee attendance nor provide contact details of registered media representatives due to privacy laws. You can submit your Press Release with us here. Please note that all submissions are subject to review, and that inclusion in media coverage is not guaranteed.

Will there be media interviews / tours carried out?

We invite you to nominate your spokesperson(s) here and share your showcase information here. Please note that this information will be shared with the media. If there is an expression of interest in interviews or visiting your booth, we will reach out to coordinate accordingly. While we strive to accommodate media interviews and tours, we cannot guarantee them at this time. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I distribute promotional materials outside of my booth?

Please note that all marketing activities must be confined within your booth perimeter.

Registration & Passes

When and where will registration open?

Information on registration will be available in due course. Please visit the GovWare website regularly for the latest updates.

What is the Construction & Dismantling pass for? Can I request for more?

This pass is for personnel involved in the construction and dismantling of booths. Additional passes are chargeable. To download the form to request for passes, visit the “Submission Checklist” page.

Can we purchase additional Conference / Exhibitor passes? Are the passes transferable?

Please note that all event passes are strictly non-transferable. The rates will be available when we launch registration. For more related enquiries, you may contact your GovWare Representative.

Can I get more details about the passes? What access does each of the passes have?

Will my agency or part-time staff supporting the booth activities need to hold an event pass?

Registration is mandatory for all GovWare attendees. An Exhibitor Pass is required for all staff manning and supporting the booth activities. Organisers reserve the right to deny entry to attendees who fail to comply.

Lead Retrieval System

What are the lead generation opportunities? Will we have access to the attendees’ list?

We do not share the GovWare's attendees list in compliance with Data Privacy Policy. To capture leads, you may purchase a lead retrieval system for the show.

Warning: Please be aware of fraudulent emails offering GovWare's attendee lists for purchase. We will never sell the personal data of our show attendees. We encourage everyone to check our official channels or contact us for GovWare's official partners and offers.
