By participating in the GovWare Passport and any prize redemption, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. The GovWare Passport is open to all attendees except Organiser, Staff, Crew, Media, and all Sponsoring/Exhibiting companies.
2. Only one entry per attendee. Additional entries will be void.
3. Redemption of prizes is valid during redemption hours only, and while stocks last. Prizes are non-transferable or exchangeable.
4. All GovWare Passport participants and winners are responsible for any declarations required by their organisation.
5. Image Engine Pte Ltd shall not under any circumstances whatsoever be liable for any loss, injury, damage or delay arising out of any cause whatsoever beyond reasonable control or any malfunctioning of or defect in or failure of any prize or any loss of the use of any prize.
6. Image Engine Pte Ltd collects attendees’ personal information to conduct the Prize Draw, and may, for this purpose, use, process and/or disclose such information.
7. Image Engine Pte Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraud, or whose entry has been manipulated in any way or does not adhere to any of the Terms and Conditions stated above.

2. Compete in Real-Time: Answer questions quickly and accurately to earn points and compete against your fellow audience members.

3. Be the Top Scorer: The audience member with the highest score and fastest responses wins the prize!

4. Win a Full Set of Limited Edition Tees*: The top scorer will snag a full set of GovWare 2025 limited edition tees.

1.  The GovWare Showdown’s challenge is open to all attendees who have a valid pass.
2. To participate, audience members must scan the QR code provided on-site and follow the instructions to access the interactive platform.
3. By participating in the event, audience members agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and any additional rules or guidelines provided by the Organiser.
4. The Organiser reserve the right to disqualify any participant who is found to be cheating or engaging in any other form of misconduct.
5. The Organiser's decision is final and binding in all matters related to the event.
6. By participating in the event, audience members consent to the use of their name, image, and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes.
7. The Organiser will not be responsible for any technical issues or errors that may occur during the event, including but not limited to connectivity issues or errors with the interactive platform.
8. The prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
9. The Organiser reserve the right to modify or cancel the event at any time without prior notice.
