Cybersecurity investment has been at the forefront of most digitisation and digitalisation initiatives for a few years. Even with more investment into cybersecurity, the organisation seemed to be facing a letdown in its effectiveness. Somehow, there was no sign of slowing down the number of attacks. The common mantras many heard would be the need for more investment in cybersecurity and leveling up people's competencies as they are the weakest link. Are they enough? Do organisations need to relook and rethink? Something must change. The speaker will discuss the need to expand the scale of cybersecurity and shift the paradigm from passive to proactive cyber defence. He will discuss capabilities that increase the sliding scale of cybersecurity to where most security issues could originate and the ability to stay ahead of the attackers' games to defend cyberspace.
