Media Pass Registration
Qualified members of the media are invited to register for a complimentary GovWare 2024 Media Pass. Every media pass application will be assessed based on varying criteria found in our Media Accreditation Guidelines. Please take some time to read through our guidelines by clicking the button below before submitting an online application.

Please be aware of fraudulent emails offering GovWare's attendee lists for purchase. We will never sell the personal data of our show attendees. We encourage everyone to check our official channels or contact us for GovWare's official partners and offers.

Notes:
All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD / S$).
The SG Public Service Rate is for attendees currently employed in a Singapore public sector office or organisation. Proof of employment, such as the Public Service Card or Civil Service Card, must be presented during badge collection. Registrants who fail to present this may be rejected at the discretion of the Organisers.
The ASEAN Public Service Rate is for individuals currently employed in a public sector office or organisation in ASEAN countries. Proof of employment, including a .gov domain email, is required during registration. Registrants using non-government email addresses for this rate may be rejected at the discretion of the Organisers. Proof of employment must be presented for verification during pass collection.
The Trade Visitor Pass is STRICTLY for trade and industry professionals. Registrations will be reviewed, and ineligible registrations may be rejected.
The Trade Visitor Pass does not apply to booth management teams of exhibiting companies. Please contact your GovWare Representative for assistance.
Opt-in for a Certificate of Attendance for CPE credits during registration. If opted in, the Certificate will be sent within two (2) weeks after the event. Note that while CPE certification is provided, attendees are responsible for coordinating CPE points with their associations. Issuance of a certificate does not guarantee awarding of CPE points. Conference Day Pass holders will receive a certificate specific to their attendance on their chosen day.

When and where will the event be held at?
GovWare 2024 will be held in person from 15 to 17 October at Sands Expo and Convention Centre, Singapore.
How do I get to the event venue?

What can I expect at GovWare Conference and Exhibition this year?
GovWare 2024 will be held as a physical event. Expect a stellar line-up of conference sessions, live trade exhibition, co-located events, comprehensive networking opportunities and more.
As a part of the Singapore International Cyber Week (SICW), GovWare attendees will also get access to SICW 2024 open sessions from 15 to 17 October.
I am based overseas and I am unable to travel to Singapore to participate. The programme is of high interest, how can I attend?
GovWare Conference and Exhibition will be presented as an in-person event this year. We currently do not have any plans of delivering it online.
What do I have to prepare if I am from overseas and interested to attend the event?

Is registration required? Am I able to register on-site for the conference or exhibition?
Yes, registration for GovWare 2024 is required to gain admission to the event.
Admission to GovWare 2024 Exhibition is complimentary to all trade-related visitors only.
All members of the media are encouraged to apply for a complimentary Media Pass. Please take a moment to read through our media accreditation guidelines here before applying.
We strongly encourage pre-registering online to streamline your experience at the event venue, saving you time on onsite walk-in registration.

What are the available payment methods?
Payment should be made online by credit card (Master or Visa) to complete your registration.
I have paid, but I am unable to attend the conference. What should I do?
All requests for cancellation are subject to the following deadlines.
No refund will be given from 14 September 2024. Request for substitution of names must be submitted in writing by the original pass holder before 4 October 2024, thereafter charges may apply.
There will be a 5% administrative fee for cancellations and refunds.
There will be no refund for credit card fees or bank charges.
All requests for cancellation and substitution must be submitted via email to [email protected].
