When and where will the event be held at?

GovWare 2025 will be held in person from 21 to 23 October at Sands Expo and Convention Centre, Singapore.

How do I get to the event venue?

What can I expect at GovWare Conference and Exhibition this year?

GovWare 2025 will be held as a physical event. Expect a stellar line-up of conference sessions, live trade exhibition, co-located events, comprehensive networking opportunities and more.

As a part of the Singapore International Cyber Week (SICW), GovWare attendees will also get access to SICW 2025 open sessions from 21 to 23 October.

I am based overseas and I am unable to travel to Singapore to participate. The programme is of high interest, how can I attend?

GovWare Conference and Exhibition will be presented as an in-person event this year. We currently do not have any plans of delivering it online.

What do I have to prepare if I am from overseas and interested to attend the event?

If you are located overseas and interested to attend GovWare 2025, please register online. Kindly follow the steps below before your trip to Singapore for a smooth travel experience:

1. Pre-print of QR code for event badge collection.

Is registration required? Am I able to register on-site for the conference or exhibition?

Yes, registration for GovWare 2025 is required to gain admission to the event.

Admission to GovWare 2025 Exhibition is complimentary to all trade-related visitors only.

All members of the media are encouraged to apply for a complimentary Media Pass. Please take a moment to read through our media accreditation guidelines here before applying.

We strongly encourage pre-registering online to streamline your experience at the event venue, saving you time on onsite walk-in registration.

I have registered but I did not receive any email confirmation.

What are the available payment methods?

Payment should be made online by credit card (Master or Visa) to complete your registration.

I have paid, but I am unable to attend the conference. What should I do?

All requests for cancellation are subject to the following deadlines.​

• Before 20 September 2025: 50% Refund​
• From 20 September 2025: No Refund 

No refund will be given from 20 September 2025. Request for substitution of names must be submitted in writing by the original pass holder before 10 October 2025, thereafter charges may apply. ​

There will be a 5% administrative fee for cancellations and refunds.

Refund amount will exclude bank charges or equivalent.​

All requests for cancellation and substitution must be submitted via email to  [email protected].

The GovWare 2025 Call for Speakers closed on 9 June 2025. If you've submitted, keep an eye on your email for notifications.
