Mr Arthur Zhang has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry and held various positions in Huawei. Currently he is the Director of Regional Cyber Security and Privacy Protection, working with the representative office of various countries to oversee the compliance of cyber security and privacy protection according to the requirements of regulators and customers, and driving industry best practices within the organization. Prior to his current role, he had served as the President of Huawei Telenor Key Account and CEO of Huawei New Zealand Office. Earlier he was the CEO of Huawei New Zealand where he also had spent six years as the Director of Service Delivery at Huawei Australia.
