Chen Kin Siong possesses extensive expertise in software reverse engineering, code auditing, malware analysis, and threat hunting, acquired through more than two decades of self-teaching and hands-on experience. Currently, Kin Siong serves as the CISO and is the co-founder of InsiderSecurity, a cybersecurity deep tech company. InsiderSecurity which is accredited by IMDA, specializes in the early detection of breaches, employing cutting-edge techniques. Notably, InsiderSecurity successfully exposed one of Singapore's initial covert botnets, which had compromised numerous devices across the country. Kin Siong's contributions to cybersecurity innovation have earned him recognition as an ASEAN 40 under 40 awardee. Prior to his involvement with InsiderSecurity, Kin Siong engaged in profound technical and research roles with DSO National labs and MINDEF, where he worked on complex projects.
