Clemence has 20+ years of experience with professional certifications, leading Cyber Security, Data Privacy, IT Audit, Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) functions across all Three Lines of Defense in financial institutions and consulting firms serving clients with high security requirements across Asia Pacific including Singapore and China. He currently leads NCS Cyber Business Solutions & Services group, driving Consulting and CISO Services, Cyber Security Architecture, Cloud Security, GRC and Professional Security Services, as well as Special Ops ? R&D functions, for both commercial enterprise and government sectors. Clemence started his career in the MAS and has since worked in key roles including regional and local Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), Head of IT GRC and Lead IT Auditor in financial institutions in Singapore and China including Aviva Asia and Citibank, as well as in cyber and technology risk management advisory, KPMG China and e-Cop (now Ensign InfoSec)."
