Dave Koh is leading the network infrastructure and services for WOG ICT, such as SG-WAN, DC LAN, WOG DNS, SG-VPN, to name a few. He is instrumental in transforming the automation of network infrastructure and services to bring about network-as-a-service to meet increasing demands and improve user experience and service delivery to the Whole-of-Government (WOG). Before joining GovTech, Dave has vast working experience in various sectors, from ISP, Global MNC to Government, undertaking challenging roles from designing network services, running regional projects, to migrating and operating network services (migration of Singapore financial data centres). He also participated in major tenders and was the network track lead for SOE and SGX tender. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science (Computer and Information Sciences) with Merit from National University of Singapore.
