Ethan Seow is a TEDx and Black Hat Asia Speaker, educator, culture hacker and entrepreneur with over 11 years in entrepreneurship, training and education. He is the co-founder and CEO of Centre for Cybersecurity, a Singapore-based cybersecurity training organisation building a new generation of information security practitioners. His deep and diverse experiences as a psychiatrist-in-training, life coach, and in professional L&D give him unique insights into the human factor in cybersecurity. He seeks to bring this knowledge and humanistic approach to fill manpower and learning gaps in cybersecurity to create a safer and more resilient digital world. And as such, he is developing, in collaboration with some experienced cybersecurity experts, a new approach to engaging small and medium enterprises in improving their cybersecurity posture using business-focused language, called Practical Cyber.
