Executive Vice President James (Jim) Allen leads strategic planning for Booz Allen Hamilton's national security business, setting the direction of the National Security Group's $3 billion business with a focus of cyber security in the intelligence community and other markets. Following 36 years supporting cyber and intelligence missions in the U.S. and abroad for the National Security Agency (NSA), Jim joined Booz Allen to continue pushing the mission forward, most recently leading the Cyber Account. Jim led the firm's support of clients at NSA, U.S. Cyber Command, and the armed forces cyber elements, in addition to enabling cyber-related business in other governmental agencies and commercial/international markets. Jim holds an M.A. degree in Telecommunications from The George Washington University, an M.A. in National Security Studies from Georgetown University, and a B.A. with distinction in Russian from University of Virginia.
