Lisa Lee leads strategic growth efforts around security, identity, and compliance (SCI) for the financial services sector at Microsoft, identifying “moonshots” for future industry needs. She supports Microsoft’s engagement with global financial regulators, provides advice and guidance to CISOs and other C-level executives; and serves as a global thought leader for cybersecurity. She serves as the executive security sponsor and strategic advisor for a select group of clients.

Prior to Microsoft, Lisa served as a bank examiner at the OCC, the Office OTS, and the FHLBA.  She led the FFIEC team that developed the first cybersecurity assessment tool for the financial industry and helped draft the first guidelines for online banking authentication and cloud computing.  Lisa was selected as a Woman of Influence by the Executive Women’s Forum and CSO Magazine, and previously served on the board of directors at Wellspring Counseling.  She is a semi-professional photographer.
