Simon Howe currently holds the group Chief Security, Risk & Compliance Officer role. He leads Cyber Security and Privacy function, and heads the Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance, Ethics, Integrity, and the Regulatory compliance function. Prior to joining the group, he held senior roles in various leading financial services institutions with over 16 years of experience in Risk Management, Cybersecurity and Privacy, working across multiple continents and leading diverse teams in a matrix structured organisation.
