Teo Xiang Zheng

Teo Xiang Zheng is the VP, Head of Advisory at Ensign InfoSecurity. He is responsible for providing expert counsel to leaders on cybersecurity strategy, enabling them to make informed risk management decisions and improve their cyber posture. He leads special projects with multi-disciplinary teams, helping organisations achieve their mission objectives. Prior to this role, he was the Lead Technologist at a leading IT management consulting firm, and was previously at a Big Four advisory firm. He was also a lead digital forensics investigator, and was involved in some of Singapore's major fraud cases and cyber incidents. Xiang Zheng received his Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, and Master of Laws (Commercial Law) from the Singapore Management University. He attended the John F. Kennedy School of Government for Cybersecurity (Executive Education) at Harvard University, and completed the CISO Certificate (Executive Education) Programme with the Carnegie Mellon University.
