Securing the Future: Navigating Trust and Resilience in a Quantum World
Quantum computing is no longer theoretical, it is an imminent disruptor to cybersecurity, cryptography, and digital trust. As Asia accelerates digital transformation, the region must proactively shape cyber policy for the post-quantum era. This session explores how quantum threats demand not only technical mitigation but regulatory foresight and diplomatic coordination.

Grounded in the latest research on quantum cyber risks and cyber diplomacy, this talk presents a roadmap for regional collaboration.

It highlights cross-border trust frameworks, post-quantum cryptographic standards, and governance models for managing the convergence of AI and quantum technologies.

With Singapore positioned as a hub for cyber norms and innovation, this session will show how ASEAN and its partners can lead globally in building secure, resilient, and interoperable infrastructure.
