Anthony is a senior research fellow and director at the Center for Strategic Cyberspace and International Studies. He is an AI Governance professional, ISO-27001 and ISO-42001 lead auditor and fellow of technology governance and fintech at Singapore University of Social Sciences.

He is a pioneer of cybersecurity and governance in Singapore and the Asia Pacific, of nearly 30 years’ experience as a business executive, consultant, instructor, auditor, and advocate. He has held inaugural senior regional leadership roles for key cybersecurity vendors including iBM, Check Point and CA (now Broadcom), managed major national cybersecurity projects and co-authored a leading international professional certification for cloud security.

Anthony teaches and develops content for universities and professional bodies and is featured often in news media in Singapore and the region. He also serves on industry awards and scholarship boards, sits on a government cybersecurity committee and is a Life Alumnus of the University of Illinois, Urbana Champaign.
