Charmaine Ng is the Director for Asia Pacific Digital Policy at Schneider Electric, leading the company’s regional technology policy and regulatory affairs strategy. She works with think tanks and international organizations like the World Economic Forum and OECD to help governments craft inclusive, sustainable, and innovation-friendly tech policies.

Charmaine is a member of the Singapore Bar and Founder of Women for Women, a Hong Kong-based non-profit supporting the career growth of professional women. In 2022, she was nominated for the Women of the Future Awards – Southeast Asia for her leadership and impact across the region.
