Cheri Lim is the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Temasek International, where she leads the firm's cybersecurity strategy, operations, and risk governance across emerging technologies including AI, ensuring the resilience of Temasek's global digital footprint. She plays a key role in safeguarding Temasek's digital assets and actively partners with portfolio companies to drive cyber maturity and foster a secure innovation ecosystem.

With a strong background in national security, Cheri previously served as CISO at the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) and held senior leadership roles in the Ministry of Home Affairs. She has led national cyber defence initiatives, established a sectoral Security Operations Centre (SOC), and played a pivotal role in shaping international standards in aviation and critical infrastructure.

Cheri is a recognised thought leader in cybersecurity and digital risks, known for her strategic foresight, deep cyber and operational expertise.
