Chito Jacinto

President, ISOG

Engr. Luis A. Jacinto retired as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) from both the Philippine National Bank (PNB) and Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC). He is an Information Technology (IT) practitioner, a training professional and an educator. He is currently an Adjunct Lecturer for the Executive Diploma Program in Cybersecurity at the De La Salle – College of St. Benilde (DLS-CSB).

Chito, as he is better known, is the current President, a founding member and Trustee of the Information Security Officers Group (ISOG). He is also a past president of the ISACA Manila Chapter. Aside from ISACA and ISOG, he is currently a member of the board and Corporate Secretary of the Philippine Institute of Industrial Engineers (PIIE).

He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Professional Industrial Engineer (PIE) and Certified Payment Card Industry Security Implementer (CPISI). He also holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA). Likewise, he a graduate of the Professional Directors Program (PDP) of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD).
