Derek Gooh serves as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for FairPrice Group.

His extensive background includes leading the Govt CISO Office at GovTech, where he guided CISOs across the Singapore Government, and serving as Ministry CISO for both the Prime Minister's Office Cluster and the Ministry of National Development. Before his public sector service, Derek spent ten years at British Petroleum (BP), culminating as Regional CISO for the Oil Trading business. His early career included diverse roles in software engineering, cybersecurity, and consulting.

Derek holds a Bachelor's from Nanyang Technological University and an MBA from the University of Manchester.
