Shao Fei is a senior cybersecurity professional with over 24 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. He currently holds the position of Group Chief Information Security Officer at SMRT Corporation. He is a Fellow of the Singapore Computer Society (SCS) and actively contributes to multiple initiatives advancing cybersecurity both in Singapore and internationally. He holds the position of Vice Chair of the Cybersecurity Committee at the International Association of Public Transport (UITP), and is the immediate Past-President at the Singapore Computer Society's Cybersecurity Chapter.

Shao Fei was inducted as Professional of the Year at the Singapore Computer Society IT Leader Awards in 2020, and went on to win The Cybersecurity Awards (Leader Category) in 2021. He was recognised at the 2021 and 2022 editions of the CSO30 ASEAN Awards, as well as at the Asia 200 Digital Leaders Award in 2023.
