Thow Chang is the Group Chief Information Security Officer for the National Healthcare Group (NHG) where he provides ICT security leadership for NHG by formulating the ICT security strategy to support NHG’s digitalisation planning. He has more than 20 years of experience in information security and cybersecurity management. Prior to his current role, Thow Chang has held various cybersecurity leadership positions in the financial services sector. He holds a Master’s degree in Information Security and certifications such as CRISC, CISA and CISSP.
