As Principal Cybersecurity Architect at Bitdefender, Niko Akatyev brings extensive experience leading cross-functional teams across IT, security, engineering, and product development. In his current role, he collaborates with Bitdefender's customers to help them achieve regulatory compliance and strengthen their overall cybersecurity posture.
A passionate mentor for students and founding member of the Global Cybersecurity Camp (GCC), Niko has dedicated over a decade to guiding emerging cybersecurity professionals, also supporting South Korea’s prestigious Best of the Best (BoB) cybersecurity program.
He is an active contributor to the global cybersecurity community, speaking regularly at regional events.
