Paul is the Head of Government & SG Enterprises at Ensign InfoSecurity, where he leads strategic engagements with public and enterprise sector clients, driving the adoption of tailored cybersecurity solutions to enhance their overall cyber resilience and readiness.
Prior to Ensign, Paul held the position of Director of Cybersecurity at the Defence Science & Technology Agency (DSTA). With over 25 years in cybersecurity, he has led various teams in the design, development and implementation of large-scale cybersecurity solutions and systems. They range from Security Operation Centres (SOC), Security Gateways, Analytics Solutions, and other encryption solutions vital to the Ministry of Defence and the Singapore Armed Forces.
In recognition of his outstanding work, Paul received the Defence Technology Prize Awards - Individual in 2020 and was a member of the winning teams, CyberSOC in 2020 and Common Maritime Awareness in 2010. Additionally, he has been honoured with National Day Award Medals - Bronze in 2017 and Silver in 2023.
An alumnus of the National University of Singapore, Paul holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and an MBA from the Nanyang Technological University.
