Tan Too Ping is the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) of Changi Airport Group (CAG), leading Cybersecurity and Digital Governance to protect and govern CAG’s digital systems, products, and services. He also heads CAG’s AI Governance and Enablement.

He was named “Future Ready CISO of the Year” (Asia Digital Leaders Award 2025) and one of the “CISOs to Watch in Singapore” (CISO Whisperer, 2025).

Previously, he led CAG’s data steward team, improving data policies, processes, standards, quality, access, and security.

Prior to CAG, he served as a Colonel in the Singapore Armed Forces, leading the Operations Research and Analytics Office to develop computational models and deliver data-driven insights. He holds First Class Honours in Mathematics (NUS) and an MSc in Operations Research (MIT), and is a graduate of Peking University’s Global Public Policy Executive Training Programme.
