Sam Liew is Chief Executive, Gov+ and Deputy CEO of NCS, where he leads global intelligentisation efforts and digital government expansion across Asia Pacific. He also serves on the Singtel Group Management Committee. Prior to NCS, Sam was Managing Director of the Technology Group at GIC. At GIC, Sam led the Business Partner & Solutions Division and was a member of the Technology Investment Business Group. Sam was also formerly Managing Director at Accenture, leading the ASEAN Technology business. Sam sits on the boards of Gardens by the Bay, Institute of Technical Education, and SMU School of Computing. He is also the Chairman of SUTD’s Industry Advisory Board and a Council Member of Singapore’s IT Standards Committee. A Past President of the Singapore Computer Society, he was conferred as Fellow and named Executive of the Year in the 2024 SBR Management Excellence Awards.
