Sofia brings a blend of consulting and industry experience to her work in cybersecurity and privacy. She currently advises organizations on achieving excellence in these domains, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks while driving operational efficiency.

Her expertise lies in establishing governance and risk management practices, and implementing tailored strategies to mitigate evolving threats and enhance organizational resilience. With a strong technical foundation and analytical mindset, Sofia specializes in digital transformation—redesigning operating models and infrastructure to achieve greater outcomes.

She holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from ETH Zurich and is a Certified Information Security Professional. Sofia is also a member of the Geneva Dialogue, a public–private initiative led by the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs that promotes responsible behavior in cyberspace.

Prior to joining AlixPartners, Sofia established the global product security and privacy function at Roche Diagnostics.
