Dr. Suleyman Ozarslan is Co-Founder and Chief Scientist of Picus Security, creator of the world’s first Breach & Attack Simulation platform now trusted by 500+ enterprises in 50 countries. Holding a PhD in Information Systems from Middle East Technical University, he pairs 23 years of hands-on cyber-defence experience with recognized academic depth. His work spans malware analysis, penetration testing, security architecture, and risk quantification. Dr. Ozarslan has authored 200+ security papers, built Turkey’s first cybersecurity graduate program, and served as a consultant to government and Fortune 500 organisations. He has trained NATO cyber personnel from ten nations and lectures on counter-terror cyber operations at the NATO Centre of Excellence Defence Against Terrorism. Awards include the SANS NetWars Global Championship (RSA 2016) and the Centre’s Medal of Honour. He holds CEH, OPSA and OPST certifications.
