Vivek Chudgar is Managing Director of Mandiant Consulting in JAPAC - Google Cloud, responsible for managing client relationships, sales and delivery of Mandiant services in the JAPAC region. Vivek focuses on the Incident Response (IR) and Strategic Assessment services.

Vivek has close to 20 years’ experience as a trusted advisor to CISOs of blue chip enterprises in Asia Pacific and the US. At Mandiant, Vivek leads a crack team of IR consultants responding to complex security incidents for large enterprises involving tens of thousands of computers. This Enterprise IR experience provides Vivek invaluable insight into today’s advanced threat actors and a deeper understanding of how they operate. Vivek uses this insight to help CISOs optimize their SOC investments and transform them into Advanced Cyber Defense Centers capable of detecting and responding to today’s advanced persistent threats.
