Teo Xiang Zheng is the Vice President of Advisory at Ensign InfoSecurity (Ensign).
Xiang Zheng is a multi-disciplinary strategy consultant combining business, computer engineering, law and public policy lenses to advise multi-national organisations to government agencies in advancing their cybersecurity defence.
He is a Core Member of the Geneva Dialogue for Responsible Behaviour in Cyberspace and a Technical Representative for Ensign’s interests with the MITRE CTID as a Research Sponsor, a Research Affiliate at the Centre for Digital Law at the Singapore Management University, and a Co-convenor for the development of a cybersecurity standard for medical devices.
He possesses a B. Eng. in Computer Engineering and a LL. M. in Commercial Law. He also attended the Harvard University, JFK School of Government’s executive education programme for cybersecurity in the US, and the CISO Certificate Programme with the Heinz College at Carnegie Mellon University.
