When and where will the event be held at?

GovWare 2026 will be held in person from 13 to 15 October at Sands Expo and Convention Centre, Singapore.

How do I get to the event venue?

What can I expect at GovWare Conference and Exhibition this year?

GovWare 2026 will be held as a physical event. Expect a stellar line-up of conference sessions, live trade exhibition, co-located events, comprehensive networking opportunities and more.

I am based overseas and I am unable to travel to Singapore to participate. The programme is of high interest, how can I attend?

GovWare Conference and Exhibition will be presented as an in-person event this year. We currently do not have any plans of delivering it online. Check out our justification guide to help you seek the approval you need to attend the event in-person.

What do I have to prepare if I am from overseas and interested to attend the event?

If you are located overseas and interested to attend GovWare 2026, please register online. Kindly follow the steps below before your trip to Singapore for a smooth travel experience:

1. Pre-print of QR code for event badge collection.
2. Follow Singapore's General Entry Requirements to prepare for your trip.

Are there any discounts for parking on site?

Attendees can purchase a flat rate coupon ($12.84 nett) by showing their event pass at the MBS Concierge, Level 1 (near Origin + Bloom) from 8am – 6pm. Carpark coupon rate is valid only on the day of purchase until 11.59pm and not applicable for re-entry use.

Are there prayer rooms on-site?

Gender-segregated prayer rooms are available on the event floor, located on level 3.
 

Is registration required? Am I able to register on-site for the conference or exhibition?

Yes, registration for GovWare Conference is required to gain admission to the event.

Admission to GovWare 2026 Exhibition is complimentary to all trade-related visitors who have registered online during our promotional period only. Registrations submitted after the promotional period, including onsite registrations, will be subject to prevailing admission fees.

All members of the media are encouraged to apply for a complimentary Media Pass. Please take a moment to read through our media accreditation guidelines here before applying.

We strongly encourage attendees to register online in advance to enjoy a smoother onsite experience and faster entry at the venue.

What are the available payment methods?

Payment should be made online by credit card (Master or Visa) to complete your registration.

I have paid, but I am unable to attend the conference. What should I do?

All requests for cancellation are subject to the following deadlines.​

• Before 12 September 2026: 50% Refund​
• From 12 September 2026: No Refund 

No refund will be given from 12 September 2026. Request for substitution of names must be submitted in writing by the original pass holder before 2 October 2026, thereafter charges may apply. ​

There will be a 5% administrative fee for cancellations and refunds.

Refund amount will exclude bank charges or equivalent.​

Which pass types have access to GovWare Main Conference; Tech Talk?

Access to the GovWare Main Conference is available to holders of a valid Conference Pass.

The GovWare Tech Talk sessions are open to all registered attendees, including Conference Pass holders and eligible Exhibition visitors.

What seniority levels would benefit from GovWare Conference?

GovWare Conference is designed for a broad spectrum of cybersecurity and digital leaders, from C-suite executives and policymakers to technical practitioners and operational teams.

Attendees include CISOs, CIOs, IT and security leaders, risk and compliance professionals, architects, engineers, analysts, and business decision-makers seeking insights into the evolving cyber landscape.

What are the key milestones for the Call for Speakers process?

The Call for Speakers process typically includes the following stages:

1. Submission period
   The Call for Speakers opens, inviting industry experts to submit proposals via our official portal within the stipulated dates.
    
2. Proposal review and evaluation
   The Programme Advisory Committee evaluates all submissions based on their originality, actionable insights, and alignment with GovWare’s strategic themes.
    
3. Notification of submission outcomes
   All applicants are notified of their status via email.
    
4. Deadline for submission of presentation materials
   Selected speakers must submit their final presentation materials to ensure technical readiness and alignment with the event agenda.

Does attending GovWare award CPE credits?

Attendees may opt in to receive a Certificate of Attendance for CPE purposes during registration. Certificates will be issued within three (3) weeks after the event.

Please note that while a Certificate of Attendance is provided, attendees are responsible for checking eligibility and coordinating the awarding of CPE points with their respective professional associations or accreditation bodies. Issuance of a certificate does not guarantee approval of CPE credits.

Conference Day Pass holders will receive a certificate reflecting attendance for their selected conference day only.
